There are two parts to a Brooklinen order's journey: preparing the goods and moving the parcel. The timing below describes each part separately.
Preparation
Once payment is authorized, we normally prepare the order in 1–2 business days. Available destinations and any delivery charge are displayed during checkout. Please review the delivery address there before submitting the order.
After dispatch
Carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days after shipment. Tracking, when supplied, is the best place to see current progress. Neither the estimate nor a tracking prediction is a guaranteed delivery date; weather, carrier volume and address corrections can cause delays.
When a parcel needs attention
If tracking stalls, a parcel is damaged or missing, or it is marked delivered without being found, write to xiqulasu46@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking details; photographs help with damage inquiries.
