Using the site and submitting an order
Do not interfere with the service or access it unlawfully. Sending an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance may depend on stock, correct pricing, payment, delivery details and fraud checks. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason.
Product and transaction details
We work to describe colors, sizes and other product facts accurately, though displays and packaging can cause reasonable differences. Checkout shows applicable prices, taxes, shipping charges and payment options. The Shipping Policy separates processing from carrier transit.
After purchase
Our Refund Policy accepts eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective goods must be new and unused. Obtain approval before mailing; a free prepaid label is included in the package and no restocking fee is charged. We process or initiate an approved original-method refund within 10 days.
